Licensed Optician - Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service for military personnel and their families
• Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals by reviewing P&L statements
• Manage store operations including hiring, supervising, and training all store associates
• Ensure store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are correctly implemented
• Provide daily and weekly statistics to the District Manager and corporate office
• Maintain professional relations with doctors, host store associates, and customers

Requirements

• ABO & NCLE Certification
• Valid state licensure as required
• Management experience in the retail or optical industry
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to analyze business periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
• Strong ability to calculate figures, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
