Licensed Optician Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by providing urgent and high-quality service to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge regarding lens and frame features and benefits.
• Act as a leader in optical operations, partnering with Store Management to drive Rx expansion and business growth.
• Foster a learning environment to help team members become experts in optical products and services.
• Build relationships within the local community to attract new customers.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Support daily retail operations, including maintaining visual standards, housekeeping, and floor changes.

Requirements

• Current State Optician License.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, maneuver merchandise, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in optical dispensing.
