Licensed Optician

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience by meeting and exceeding sales and service standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop a loyal customer following
• Expertly guide customers in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their lifestyle, prescription, and aesthetic needs
• Ensure flawless accuracy in taking measurements, adjusting eyewear, and fitting frames
• Maintain high standards of optical quality control and inventory management
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales
• Support the Store Manager in maintaining presentation standards and executing brand events
• Mentor and train Managers and Associates on brand values and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Valid State licensure or certification as an optician
• 2+ years of sales experience within the luxury service industry
• Strong knowledge of current optical theory and practices
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage digital records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
