Licensed Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for oncology and medical patients
• Maintain a safe and healing patient care environment
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records with appropriate data elements
• Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated by nursing staff
• Coordinate administrative functions of assigned patient care areas to facilitate patient flow

Requirements

• Completed LNA program
• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) licensure in the state of New Hampshire
• Proficiency in basic medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
