Licensed Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental living skills to participants within specialized residential homes
• Deliver medical treatment within the New Hampshire LNA scope of practice
• Assess and document patient vital signs, including height and weight
• Report all abnormal findings to the RN and/or medical provider
• Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by clinical staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Hampshire Nursing Assistance License (LNA)
• Ability to perform clinical nursing procedures within the NH LNA scope of practice
• Availability to work per diem second shift, third shift, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Current BLS certificate
• Two years of experience in a clinical, primary care, or ambulatory setting
