About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide fundamental living skills to participants within specialized residential homes
- Deliver medical treatment within the New Hampshire LNA scope of practice
- Assess and document patient vital signs, including height and weight
- Report all abnormal findings to the RN and/or medical provider
- Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by clinical staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid New Hampshire Nursing Assistance License (LNA)
- Ability to perform clinical nursing procedures within the NH LNA scope of practice
- Availability to work per diem second shift, third shift, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Current BLS certificate
- Two years of experience in a clinical, primary care, or ambulatory setting
