Licensed Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental living skills to participants, including medical treatment within the NH LNA scope of practice
• Assess and document patient vital signs, including height and weight
• Report all abnormal findings to the RN and/or medical provider
• Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by the RN or Medical Provider

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License (LNA)
• Ability to perform clinical nursing procedures within the NH LNA Scope of Practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Current BLS certificate
• Two years of experience in a clinical, primary care, or ambulatory setting
