Licensed Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
• Adhere to resident care plans and monitor vital signs, reporting changes to supervisors
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
• Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
• Observe resident conditions and communicate concerns to the broader nursing team
• Move residents safely in and out of wheelchairs and beds
• Offer compassionate companionship to residents

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing care procedures
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
