Licensed Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
• Adhere to established resident care plans and facility policies
• Measure and monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, and report findings to supervisors
• Observe resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
• Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with feeding
• Maintain a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces, changing linens, and sanitizing resident rooms
• Move and reposition residents in beds and wheelchairs as needed
• Act as a communication link between medical staff, residents, and visitors

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Proficiency with medical terminology and nursing care procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
