Licensed Nursing Assistant II

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as an integral member of the Fitch unit care delivery team under the direction of an RN
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide personal care and emotional support
• Perform clinical tasks within the scope of LNA practice in accordance with health system policies
• Report all observations, symptoms, and changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse
• Follow all infection prevention and universal precautions policies
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of all medical and company matters

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License
• Minimum of 6 months of LNA experience
• Proficiency with MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
