Licensed Nursing Assistant II

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
• Perform clinical tasks within the scope of LNA practice in accordance with hospital policies
• Report all observations, symptoms, and changes in patient condition to the RN
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
• Follow all infection prevention and universal precaution policies
• Support the care delivery team through various clinical and supportive tasks

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License (LNA)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LNA
• Proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS authorization
