Licensed Nursing Assistant II

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
• Perform clinical tasks within the scope of LNA practice
• Report all observations, symptoms, and changes in patient condition to the RN
• Provide emotional support and respond to psychosocial needs of patients and families
• Follow all infection prevention, universal precautions, and safety protocols
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License (LNA)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LNA
• Proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS authorization
