Licensed Nursing Assistant I

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the nurse’s instructions
• Administer treatments and medications under the direction of a nurse
• Assess vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient chart documentation
• Transport patients to other healthcare areas as needed
• Deliver specimens to the laboratory
• Provide emotional support to patients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of LNA experience required
• Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Phlebotomist experience or Phlebotomy certificate
• Experience in a fast-paced urgent care setting
