Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in the OTP program
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management
• Design and facilitate psychoeducational and skills groups
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active independent licensure (LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC)
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to work in person at the Baltimore, MD location

Preferred Qualifications

• EMDR training or certification
• Experience in substance use recovery or OTP settings
• Experience working with both adolescents and adults
