Responsibilities

• Work directly with a steady flow of leads provided on a daily basis
• Originate and manage residential mortgage loans from application through closing
• Advise clients on loan options, structures, and the mortgage process
• Partner closely with processors, underwriters, and support staff to deliver smooth, efficient closings
• Contribute to shaping and strengthening the culture of a growing branch
• Mentor and set an example for junior loan officers

Requirements

• Active NMLS license
• 1–2+ years of origination experience
• Broker background preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Proven ability to build trust with clients
