About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations
- Provide warm, professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships
- Book appointments, respond to inquiries, verify eligibility, submit claims, and handle billing and policy questions
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date and maintain accurate records and bookkeeping
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with an active driver's license
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Life and Health insurance license
- Previous customer service experience
