Licensed Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform skincare consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals
• Provide customized skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products
• Perform professional extractions and offer guidance on homecare techniques
• Administer specialized treatments such as acne treatments and anti-aging procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
• Upsell retail skincare products and recommend homecare routines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Assist in the promotion and marketing of skincare services and events

Requirements

• Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program
• State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology
• Valid and current, unrestricted State Esthetician License
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Esthetician
