About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide hair color consultations and chemical, shampoo, conditioning, and styling services to 100% guest satisfaction
- Deliver a guest experience aligned with company values while achieving monthly sales, retail, and membership goals
- Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security per company standards
- Coach and support Assistant Colorists through demonstration and ongoing training
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- 1+ year of colorist experience in a salon environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable operating point of sale systems
- Fluency in English
