Licensed Colorist

Responsibilities

• Provide hair color consultations and chemical, shampoo, conditioning, and styling services to 100% guest satisfaction
• Deliver a guest experience aligned with company values while achieving monthly sales, retail, and membership goals
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security per company standards
• Coach and support Assistant Colorists through demonstration and ongoing training

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 1+ year of colorist experience in a salon environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
• Fluency in English
