About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide consultations and all services offered on the menu, including shampooing, conditioning, and styling
- Execute all chemical services to high quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Contribute to monthly sales goals, including retail, services, and memberships
- Maintain Hair Color Bar cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
- Drive revenue through additional services, memberships, and home hair care sales
- Support the training and development of Assistant Colorists
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- 1+ year of experience as a colorist in a salon environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Fluency in English
