About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling and clinical support to young adults (ages 18-25) in a transitional housing program
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and update 90-day treatment plans for a caseload of approximately 7 clients
  • Support and co-facilitate therapeutic groups
  • Provide clinical guidance and training to direct care staff
  • Supervise and work alongside the program’s clinical case manager
  • Collaborate with outside providers and family members to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
  • Engage in daily program routines, including community outings and modeling wellness alongside clients

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals living with mental illness
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Valid conditional license required
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic health records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Experience in psychiatric rehabilitation
