Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy aligned with IEP goals and student needs
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support to promote stability and engagement
• Collaborate with educators, families, and providers to support student progress and well-being
• Develop and lead psychoeducational groups, social skills programming, and summer therapy sessions
• Contribute to IEP development, admissions evaluations, and multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Connecticut School Social Worker certification 071
• Active LCSW credential
• At least 3 years of post-licensure experience
• 2 years of experience with middle or high school students
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education processes
• Experience using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or MI
• Strong collaboration, communication, and crisis intervention skills
