Licensed Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Optical Store Manager to build plans for delivering profitable store sales
• Deliver daily sales goals through the flawless execution of the WOW! Guest Experience
• Provide floor leadership to ensure guests receive a best-in-class experience through guidance and direction
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop Optical Team Members to build a high-performing team
• Support the Store Manager with team member accountability through regular coaching and development
• Ensure compliance with all operating policies, merchandising standards, and marketing programs
• Maintain professional business partnerships with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• State required license as mandated by law
• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong selling skills and ability to drive results
• Proven ability in coaching, development, and critical thinking
• Self-motivated with strong collaborative skills
