Responsibilities

• Own and operate Stranger Soccer’s Washington DC market
• Build local awareness through marketing, partnerships, and community outreach
• Recruit and coordinate the people needed to run games and support operations
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality football experience for players
• Track performance and grow the business with support from HQ

Requirements

• Strong passion for football and understanding of football culture
• Local market insight and knowledge of Washington DC
• Strategic thinking with leadership and business experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Drive to build and scale a local venture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching or running a business
• Background in operations, sales, or marketing
• Strong network in the local sports or community scene
