• Own and operate the Stranger Soccer ecosystem within the Chicago market
• Manage end-to-end local operations, including game scheduling and quality control
• Execute local marketing strategies to drive player engagement and app usage
• Lead recruitment and management of local teams and staff
• Build and maintain a high-quality football experience for the local community
