Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Stranger Soccer football experience platform within the Charlotte market
• Manage all local operations, including game scheduling and facility coordination
• Execute local marketing strategies to drive player engagement and app usage
• Lead recruitment efforts for local staff and community contributors
• Build and maintain a high-quality, consistent football ecosystem for the local community
