Responsibilities

• Own and operate a full football ecosystem within the Fairfield County area
• Manage day-to-day operations, including game scheduling and facility coordination
• Execute local marketing strategies to grow the player community and app engagement
• Lead recruitment efforts for staff and community members
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality football experience for all players using the platform
