• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team and freelance Official Hosts
• Identify and secure prime time slots at local football venues
• Execute creative digital and hands-on sales and marketing strategies to grow the customer base
• Oversee game schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters for operational and technological support

• Deep passion for football (soccer) and a strong connection to the local football scene
• Proven business background, ideally in management and customer service
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to own and operate a business
• Commitment to driving and scaling the brand within the assigned market
• High level of motivation and hunger to succeed, as compensation is tied to business effectiveness
