• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team and freelance Official Hosts
• Identify and secure prime time slots at local football venues
• Execute creative digital and hands-on sales and marketing strategies to grow the customer base
• Oversee game schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Scale the local operation with support from the Singapore-based headquarters

• Background in business management and customer service
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to own and operate a business
• Commitment to driving and scaling the brand within the assigned market
