• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the Boise market
• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team and freelance Official Hosts
• Identify and secure prime time slots at local football venues
• Execute creative digital and hands-on sales and marketing strategies to grow the customer base
• Oversee game schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters for operational and technological support

Requirements

• A deep passion for football (soccer) and a strong connection to the local football scene
• A solid business background, ideally with experience in management and customer service
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to own and scale a local business
• A commitment to driving brand growth and a hunger to succeed
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and venue partnerships
