• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the Chicago market
• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team and freelance Official Hosts
• Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to host games
• Execute creative digital and hands-on sales and marketing strategies to grow the customer base
• Oversee game schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters operations and technology teams

• A deep passion for football (soccer) and a strong connection to the local football scene
• A solid business background, ideally with experience in management and customer service
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to own and scale a business
• A commitment to driving brand growth in the assigned market
