About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Edith Hamilton Library in serving Middle and Upper School students and faculty
- Conduct reading and research outreach to Middle School students
- Collaborate with Middle School faculty on library-related initiatives
- Assist with collection development for the Middle School collection
- Create library subject guides to support student learning
- Perform cataloging and processing of books
- Work at the library circulation and information desk
- Assist with managing library reserves
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a graduate student in Library and Information Science or School Library Media
- Demonstrated commitment to equity pedagogy
- Demonstrated cultural competence
