Responsibilities
- Perform library cataloging using MARC and Dewey Decimal systems
- Manage bibliographic data and integrated library systems (ILS)
- Support collection development through sourcing and acquiring books
- Manage vendor and ordering systems
- Track book availability and maintain accurate catalog records
- Research and source new resources to improve collection coverage
Requirements
- Experience with library cataloging (MARC/Dewey)
- Proficiency in bibliographic data management
- Knowledge of integrated library systems (ILS)
- Experience with collection development planning
- Ability to manage vendor and ordering systems
- Strong research and sourcing capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
