About the role
Responsibilities
- Describe and index documents within the library management system
- Support digitization projects through quality control, metadata enrichment, and promotion of new materials
- Contribute to internal communications and broader library outreach efforts
- Respond to research and interlibrary loan requests
- Assist patrons at the reference desk during scheduled shifts
- Train colleagues and researchers on the use of library tools and resources
Requirements
- University or Higher Education Institution (HES) degree
- 1 to 2 years of previous work experience, including internships
- Proficiency in both English and French (minimum C1 level)
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in online research and collections management tools
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent research and writing skills
