Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer
• Teach, coach, and mentor the team to provide excellent service
• Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment to encourage repeat visits
• Share comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics and current trends
• Provide leadership in managing inventory and opening/closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
• Share feedback on product trends and propose operational improvements

Requirements

• Experience operating point-of-sale systems
• Experience with cash handling
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage oneself and supervise others effectively
• Strong ethical standards and sound judgment
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
