About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Strategy&, investors, production companies, and the fund
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives
- Organize and coordinate meetings and circulate detailed meeting notes and action items
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain a centralized documentation repository in MS OneDrive
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and film production progress
- Support the consulting team with movie evaluation reports and financial planning
- Develop presentation decks and status reports for Board of Directors meetings
- Identify and escalate potential risks or delays in production
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site at the client's office
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management and administrative tracking
- Experience with MS OneDrive and documentation management
- Ability to support financial planning and budget tracking
