About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Strategy&, investors, production companies, and the fund
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and circulate detailed meeting notes and action items
  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain a centralized documentation repository in MS OneDrive
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and film production progress
  • Support the consulting team with movie evaluation reports and financial planning
  • Develop presentation decks and status reports for Board of Directors meetings
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or delays in production

Requirements

  • Ability to work on-site at the client's office
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management and administrative tracking
  • Experience with MS OneDrive and documentation management
  • Ability to support financial planning and budget tracking
