About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between drilling operations and onshore management
- Coordinate logistics for personnel and equipment transport
- Monitor drilling operations and provide performance and incident reports to management
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of drilling activities and maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site-specific policies
- Maintain thorough records of operations, inventory, and personnel activities
- Promote team building and a safety-first culture
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a liaison or coordination role within onshore oil drilling
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of drilling processes, logistics, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in challenging conditions and travel to different drilling sites
