LFE Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Industrial Lubricants segment
• Support the team in building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, customers, and channel partners
• Conduct field visits (minimum 40–50% of weekly time) to engage with customers, distributors, and influencers
• Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, market trends, and customer insights
• Share qualified leads with the sales team and support lead nurturing and opportunity conversion
• Support the establishment of a reliable channel partner network
• Prepare CRM reports, presentations, and insights based on field interactions
• Assist in creating marketing collaterals and business pitches tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and Supply Chain

Requirements

• Graduate in Management, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred
• Fresher in business development, sales, or start-up environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in field environments
