Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and creation of engaging, challenging, and fun levels
• Develop and iterate on game mechanics and features that enhance the core gameplay loop
• Analyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to bring level designs and features to life
• Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions
• Balance game difficulty curves to ensure appropriate challenge and retention
• Stay up-to-date with the hybrid-casual and puzzle game market
• Test and playtest levels and features to ensure quality and enjoyment
• Work iteratively, rapidly prototyping ideas and incorporating feedback

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in game design, product specialist, or Level Design in mobile gaming
• Strong passion for mobile puzzle and hybrid-casual games
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of player psychology regarding engagement and retention
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Iterative mindset for rapid testing and improvement
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Unity or game development tools
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
• Experience shipping successful mobile games
