Responsibilities

• Create a daily life filled with meaning, joy, and community for residents
• Use individual interests and experiences to design activities and experiences
• Lead and support activity representatives and contact persons
• Build networks and collaborate with associations, volunteer organizations, and the municipality
• Share knowledge and inspire colleagues using person-centered and research-based methods

Requirements

• Higher education in health pedagogy or assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Documented experience working as an activity coach in elderly care
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
