About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the Lettings team by progressing agreed lets
  • Use Reapit system to manage checklists, add fees, and make tenancies live
  • Process and chase tenant references and liaise with providers, employers, and landlords
  • Process tenancy documents via Goodlord and ensure all tenant monies are paid
  • Ensure all tenancy agreements are signed by tenants, landlords, and guarantors
  • Coordinate check-ins and check-outs with inventory clerks
  • Create works orders for gas and electric safety certificates
  • Verify Right to Rent documents are stamped and valid
  • Manage exchange of contracts and ensure tenant deposits are registered
  • Liaise between landlords and tenants to provide high service standards
  • Process change of sharers, change of service, and change of owner workflows
