Responsibilities

  • Direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team
  • Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties
  • Accountable for the quality of customer care
  • Meet and exceed targets for lettings business
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets
  • Work in accordance with all legal obligations
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties
  • Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff
  • Manage staff training and development
  • Manage the overall success of the Lettings team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a Senior Lettings position
  • Proven track record in securing new business
  • Line management experience
  • Listing and valuation experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Full UK driving license
