Responsibilities

  • Grow volume of new lettings business and income production
  • Appraise and instruct residential rental properties
  • Identify and refer potential business opportunities to appropriate divisions
  • Ensure high quality of customer care and meet business targets
  • Register, qualify, and manage applicants
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments to secure property lets
  • Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
  • Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff members
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and legal obligations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Senior Lettings position
  • Proven track record in securing new business
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
  • Experience in listing and valuations
  • Line management experience
  • Strong negotiation and sales ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PropertyMark Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management or equivalent
