Responsibilities
- Grow volume of new lettings business and income production
- Appraise and instruct residential rental properties
- Identify and refer potential business opportunities to appropriate divisions
- Ensure high quality of customer care and meet business targets
- Register, qualify, and manage applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments to secure property lets
- Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
- Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and legal obligations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Lettings position
- Proven track record in securing new business
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
- Experience in listing and valuations
- Line management experience
- Strong negotiation and sales ability
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PropertyMark Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management or equivalent
