About the role
Responsibilities
- Optimize the letting team's ability to achieve new business targets through administrative support
- Manage online property listings, ensuring high-quality photography and accurate property details
- Ensure all rental paperwork satisfies compliance requirements
- Assist with incoming service enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords
- Update internal systems accurately to reflect branch activity
- Liaise with other departments within the branch and the wider Group
Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving license
