Responsibilities

• Manage property sales and leasing activities within a high-performing team
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Drive results in a fast-paced, competitive real estate environment
• Utilize company-generated leads and marketing support to close deals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment (Real Estate, Recruitment, Car Sales, or high-end service industries like Luxury Retail or Cabin Crew)
• Fluency in English
• Valid driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, resilient, and "can-do" attitude
