Letterwinners Engagement and Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of Letterwinner events and banquets, from initial planning through execution
• Manage event logistics, including decorations, giveaways, vendor coordination, and invitations
• Serve as the manager on duty during events to direct staff and vendors and ensure a high-quality guest experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Letterwinners, donors, alumni, and other supporters
• Maintain student-athlete award records and coordinate the ordering and distribution of letter awards
• Manage the events calendar, databases, and related reports
• Uphold and adhere to all University, Big 12 Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven event coordination skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing events specifically geared towards alumni or donors
• Related hospitality experience within an athletics program
• Degree in a related field such as Hospitality or Event Management
