Lettershop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Lettershop/Mail Inserting Department and its hourly employees
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mail inserting equipment, including cutting, accumulating, folding, and inserting
• Execute production schedules and ensure projects meet customer specifications and delivery requirements
• Perform production quality verifications and record/sequence verifications on variable jobs
• Collaborate with Prepress, Print, and Mail teams on workflow and imposition recommendations
• Manage departmental data entry in ERP for labor tracking, material usage, and productivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
• Perform daily maintenance and assist with emergency equipment repairs

Requirements

• 3+ years of continuous work experience at a lead or supervisor level (preference for mail or print industry)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong process management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to stand, walk, or stoop for at least 12 hours per day
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work 3rd shift (7pm - 7am) and mandatory overtime/weekends as needed
