LES Supervisor, Accounting

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and review of statutory financial statements for legal entities
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations in Colombia
• Coordinate with the finance team to facilitate smooth month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support audits and financial reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Strong understanding of local GAAP and statutory requirements in Colombia
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Advanced professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA
