Responsibilities

• Clean buildings and outdoor facilities to maintain a well-kept condition
• Monitor and maintain building technical systems to ensure functionality
• Support garden maintenance and waste management
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as replacing plugs, light bulbs, door locks, and fuses
• Repair minor issues like dripping faucets
• Monitor heating systems and other electrical installations to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma (Niveau C or higher) with good grades in German, Mathematics, and Physics
• Manual dexterity and practical-technical understanding
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and enjoy varied activities
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Team player mindset
