Lending Product Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex commercial real estate problems to uncover opportunities for improving sales and customer experience
• Partner with end users to elicit requirements by immersing in workflows and day-to-day activities
• Translate business needs into actionable artifacts such as user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Define and prioritize backlog items with product and engineering teams to maximize business value
• Create mockups and wireframes to align stakeholders and accelerate solution design
• Collaborate with designers to shape experiences that meet requirements and delight customers
• Support engineers daily by providing clarity and rapid decisioning on requirements
• Manage multiple projects by tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and operational routines, including refinement sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience
• Advanced experience analyzing software problems and producing requirement artifacts (user stories, use cases, process flows)
• Advanced experience creating mockups and wireframes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and recommendation-driven mindset
• Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Working knowledge of domain modeling and/or data normalization concepts
