Lending Operations Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop large Loan Production, Loan Servicing, and Commercial or Real Estate Construction Loan teams
• Oversee loan processing, documentation, pre-closing, closing tasks, loan monitoring, and underwriting activities
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Ensure compliance with legal, investor, regulatory, and business policies
• Manage operational performance against SLAs, TAT, accuracy, and controls using daily and weekly dashboards
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures to meet compliance, risk management, and quality standards
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources to meet business objectives
• Lead a team of 20+ professionals to deliver loan onboarding and servicing across various markets
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Business Excellence teams to drive process efficiency and digitalization

Requirements

• 14+ years of Transactions and Processing experience
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation packages and lifecycles
• Proven experience managing SLAs and Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Ability to work US night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Lending & Loan Operations, specifically within Commercial or Wholesale banking
• Hands-on experience with automation, RPA, process mining, and continuous improvement frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in metrics, dashboards, and forecasting
• Experience working within global operations and matrix organizations
• Expertise in Risk & Compliance Management and RCSA/Control requirements
