Responsibilities

• Provide functional and personnel leadership for a small logistics and warehouse team
• Ensure smooth operations within goods receipt, warehousing, and shipping processes
• Manage independent goods receipt, including proper inspection and booking
• Act as a deputy quality inspector by checking incoming goods, material certificates, and specifications
• Oversee warehouse management, including picking activities and inventory control
• Plan and execute inventories and stock audits
• Continuously optimize logistics processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Production, Purchasing, and Quality

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Logistiker EFZ or in a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in goods receipt, warehouse management, and logistics
• Previous experience in team leadership or coordination is an advantage
• Experience in quality inspection and a strong technical understanding
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong teamwork and assertiveness
